No booking fees. No hidden charges. You pay exactly what you were quoted — nothing more, with a secure payment link sent once your booking is confirmed.
The website is personally operated by Jonathan Bradley. Any additional chefs or team members brought in for a booking are self-employed contractors and must provide the required documents, certificates and compliance information before approval.
Already have a payment link?
Chef Bradley will have sent your personalised payment link by email once your booking is confirmed. Click that link to pay securely through Stripe. Customer funds are held within the booking flow until the event is completed and the post-event checks have been received.
This website does not describe the arrangement as escrow. Payments are handled through a regulated payment provider and released only in line with the booking terms, completion status and HACCP submission.

From First Enquiry to Your Event
Submit your event details through our contact page. Chef Bradley reviews every enquiry personally and responds within 24 hours.
A bespoke quote is prepared based on your event, guest count, menu preferences and location. No hidden charges — ever.
Once you're happy with the proposal, we’ll send a secure payment link so you can confirm the booking directly.
After the event is completed and the required post-event checks, including HACCP submission, have been received, the chef payout is released.
Your Peace of Mind
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never stored by us, and customer funds are held within the booking flow until completion and required checks are complete.
You pay exactly what you were quoted. We never add booking fees, service charges or admin costs on top of your agreed price.
As soon as your payment clears, you receive a booking confirmation by email. Your date is secured and Chef Bradley is notified immediately.
Every booking is covered by full public liability insurance. Your home, venue and guests are protected from the moment you confirm.
