1. Block time off in Outlook
Add holiday, time off, or unavailable dates to the shared calendar.
2. I confirm each enquiry directly
Customers are told whether I am available or whether another chef can cover the date.
3. Clients still get a fast answer
They can enquire as normal, and I reply with availability and next steps.
Need to change something quickly?
Update the shared Outlook calendar and I'll still confirm the final booking details personally.
